If you’ve bought squirt toys for your baby’s bath time, you already know you bought one too many. Bath toys have been a common discussion topic recently among my mom friends, with much of the focus on buying bath toys that have a lower risk for mold and that are easy to clean. I’ve had quite a few bath toy fails over the years, but have honed in on a few that my kids love and most don’t have holes. Many of toys I’ve found have a longer ‘shelf life’, meaning that they last from the baby stage through the toddler years, or both my kids (a one year old and three year old) get enjoyment out of the toys.
Easy to Clean Toys for Bath

Disney Frozen Bath Toy Set: This set is at the top of my list because the toys have essentially the same look and feel as squire toys, are more than double the size of normal squirt toys, but have no holes! They also come in a great bucket to help with storage of bath toys.

Fishing Pole: This pole comes with three magnetic ‘fish’ to catch. The best part of this is that it helps with motor skills, but it also kills time while the kids try to catch the fish with their pole. The fishing net is also a hit with my kits.

Tea Set: The set comes with a tea kettle, two cups, and cupcakes. There are holes in the top of the cupcakes but very small, so we usually keep them on the ‘table’ or the top of the tub wall. Be warned, that while this is a fan favorite, kids love to drink the water!

Foam Toys: Foam letters, animals, and building blocks are a consistent favorite. My toddler uses the letters to practice her ABC’s and the Blockaroo building blocks to imagine different creations.

Octopus: The Octopus was one of my kids first toys. At the baby stage, they love to teeth on the rings, and then at the toddler stage they make a game of trying to put the rings on the arms. While soft and squishy, no holes on this one either!

Little Boats: Simple, yet fun for both baby’s and toddlers.

Water Fall Cups: The cups are great for the kids to practice filling up cups, then figuring out how to create a waterfall based on how the cups suction and stack.

Monkey Caterpillar Water Toy: My kids love to practice stacking the cups on top of the toy and seeing where the water comes out.

Basketball Hoop: Tried and true and never fails. Kids love to put balls in baskets!

Toy Holder: If you are looking for a place to store your bath toys, this holder is an option, and has a removable base to drain water.
While I chose these bath toys because they are easy to clean and do last longer than some alternatives, there is always a time to replace toys. The great news is they are typically more affordable price points.
